AGC of Oklahoma – Building Chapter has the ability to provide “on-demand” and/or “just-in-time” training for all levels of construction professionals. From our unique partnership with the Oklahoma State Department of CareerTech to our association with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), we are well positioned to provide the training you need, when you need it.
AGC of Oklahoma can provide training for all sizes of construction firms and our programs cover your employees’ progressive needs from entry level through top management. All can be made available upon request and with adequate participation.
Craft Worker Training - training for your workforce. We can also train and certify your own staff to conduct in-house training for your own employees.
Craft Worker Assessment & Certification - This assessment system provides employers a measure of confidence when hiring new employees who have attained certification status in a particular field.
Supervisory Training Program (STP) - a unique combination of training and progressive certification for construction supervisors.
Supervisory Leadership Series (SLS) – The Supervisory Leadership Series (SLS) is a series of two-to-three hour workshops developed by the Associated General Contractors of America to provide these tools to construction supervisors.
NCCER Online Crew Leader Course - The Web-based Introductory Skills for the Crew Leader is a knowledge-based course that introduces the basic leadership skills a new crew leader needs to supervise a construction crew. Leadership skills are taught by incorporating sound, graphics, and short movie clips. By using multimedia that presents information in different modalities, the needs of visual, auditory, and linguistic learners are met.
NCCER Management Training – In response to the need for well-trained management personnel, NCCER provides the necessary curriculum for the beginning foreman to the project manager.
Safety Training - safety training can be customized to a given contractor's specific needs.
Daily Dose English Language Training Program – Assist your Hispanic Workforce in developing English and job skills in only 10 minutes a day!

Construction related training courses are generally those approved by the National Center for Education and Research, providing a cumulative, comprehensive and permanent training record for participants.
