Volume range will be determined based upon the average of the firm’s past three (3) year’s cash receipts.  A new member’s volume range will be based upon the firm’s prior year cash receipts, and an average of their past two year’s cash receipts for the second year of membership.  Prepaid minimum dues (0-1M range) will be deducted from additional volume dues owed (if any) with an option of paying the balance in one payment, or in four (4) equal amounts invoiced for quarterly.

Non-home General Contractor Members, and Home General Contractor members with subsidiary offices will pay $250.00 national dues annually for each additional office.  Examples: If your home office is in another state, and you have an office in Oklahoma, you will pay an additional $250.00 per year national dues.  If you have an office in Tulsa, and another office in Oklahoma City, you will pay an additional $250.00 per year national dues for the second or subsidiary office.

On projects where the AGC Member is retained to supervise, consult, direct, or coordinate the project, such as in a Construction Management contract, the volume of work performed by other AGC general contractor members working on the same project; either as prime contractors to the owner or as trade contractors to the construction manager, shall be excluded from the construction manager’s volume.  The dollar value of these contracts shall be reported by the particular AGC member performing the work.  The construction manager shall report as a part of his volume the amount of all payments made to him by the owner and the amount of any other managed by him on the project not reported by other AGC members.

New Applications should be submitted with a check for the full amount of the first year's dues.  Dues will be pro-rated at 1/12 (monthly) and any remaining balance will be applied toward the member’s next year’s dues.

When a National Associate Member, using the same address, is a member of two or more chapters, that member has the option to pick one chapter through which to pay their National AGC dues.  If the member chooses this option, the firm will then be listed in the AGC of America membership directory under that specific chapter only.  If this member wishes to be listed under each chapter in the national directory, then the member would pay National dues through each chapter.
