BCI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Benham Companies, LLC. Our integrated Design Build firm has all capabilities for design and construction under one roof. We are structured to proactively manage the design/build process, impart innovation during design and ensure follow through of design intent and quality into the actual construction in the field. We actively manage all phases of construction using in-house construction professionals. Our construction services include constructability reviews, value engineering, independent cost estimation, construction scheduling, procurement, field quality control, subcontractor management and coordination and any other services required to complete a project.
