AGC of Oklahoma Member Benefits
MHC Network Products - MHC provides AGCOK members with a co-marketed version of its MHC Network. The product offers features and geography to address local firms with key bidding opportunities. Basic functionality includes:
- Quick Link between content (seamless transition between News and Plans).
- Folders for Tracking and Alerts (project updates via e-mail)
- Order Hard Copy Plans option (for additional fee)
- Mapping Function
- Profile change option (user can change filter options, as well as search)
- Text Search for Project News and Specs (ability to save 10 key words)
- View of Dodge Report summary and full news
- Set Geography boundaries
The product geography, content, pricing, and service options are as follows:
Geography #1: Tulsa, OK and vicinity covering the following 29 counties: Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Hughes, Jackson, Kay, Lincoln, McIntosh, Mayes, Muskogee, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Pittsburg, Pottawatomie, Rogers, Seminole, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington.
Geography #2: Oklahoma City, OK and vicinity covering the following 28 counties: Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Custer, Dewey, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Major, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Pawnee, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens, Washita.

Member-Only Pricing - The annual cost for the product/service for AGCOK members will be as follows:
Geography # 1: $875 per year plus applicable taxes.
Geography # 2: $875 per year plus applicable taxes.
Basic contract prices include up to 5 free seats.
Payment options are based on McGraw-Hill Construction standard terms and conditions.
Users will be able to add or upgrade services based on McGraw-Hill Construction standard terms, conditions and pricing
MHC reserves the right to change or modify this co-marketed MHC Network Product.
Other Network Discounts: AGCOK members will receive a 10 percent (10%) discount off the list price of other MHC Network products excluding any special "co-marketed" pricing. This discount cannot be combined with any other MHC discount offer. No MHC Dodge discount will apply to any contract value $700 or less. The MHC Network products, described above, are covered under a special pricing and discount program for AGCOK members, and are also not included under the MHC Dodge discount.
Price Review and Increases – MHC will review the pricing of the MHC Network and has the right to raise the pricing commensurate with the overall rate increase for MHC Dodge products during that rate year. These rate changes will take effect upon each customer’s renewal date.
MHC Project Document Manager - AGCOK members will receive a 25 percent (25%) discount off the monthly price and setup fee for the MHC Project Document Manager Bidding service, hosted on MHC authorized servers. This discount cannot be combined with any other MHC discount offer and does not apply to hosting fees, archiving fees, support, training, installation, customization, PDM Pro, PDM Enterprise, and PDM Bidding hosted on unauthorized servers.
Discounts on Other McGraw-Hill Construction Products
A. From time-to-time, MHC Dodge may offer special rates, combination packages, and other discounts. AGCOK members may take advantage of the best rate available. The AGCOK discount(s) may not be combined with any other special offer or discount.
B. MHC Dodge customers who are also members of the AGCOK will receive the discount(s) upon request at renewal of their contracts or by upgrading their annual service.
Constructionmail - Each member of the AGCOK will receive a complimentary subscription to the weekly email newsletter, constructionmail, featuring the latest industry news and stories from ENR, Architectural Record, Design-Build and the regional construction magazines.
